We all have clutter. Sometimes we have so much clutter we become overwhelmed, frustrated, have anxiety attacks, or get stressed out. Eliminating unnecessary negative thoughts, fears and concerns help reduce stress, boost self-esteem, and free up mental space to do things that make you feel happy!

This conference was made just for you to just be yourself and release all the negativity. Our goal is to help you walk away from this conference with tools to help you work through stress and equip you with exercises to find inner peace.

This conference was created for girls ages 6 to 18. We will bond together and have an amazing time in sisterhood filled with lots of engaging hands-on activities.

The girls will be introduced to a mirror exercise that will filter throughout each session throughout the conference. We will discuss strengths, weaknesses, and provide coping skills to learn how to build from all that is within you (which is POWERFUL)! Life is full of emotions and feelings, our goal is to help you control your emotions and not let emotions control you.
